About the Role

Deep understanding of Mechanical, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems
Leading MEP engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors effectively

Responsibilities

• scheduling and coordinating meeting with clients , consultants and staff .

• To execute and explore all drawings as per site requirements are fulfilled or impossible issues to be considered.

• To Prepare of BOQ and calculations of Indents rate list as per site requirement

• To check Materials quality and make of list as per BOQ quantity items / materials .

• To prepare a digital monitoring assignment as per schedule meetings .

• Adding with new technology and resources to prepare new rate list for the same .

Attending and scheduling weekly and monthly meeting with clients , consultants , contractors and staff , to sketch a progressive data for the upcoming time of project
